Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BaatCRM website, the free demo call, and the BaatCRM AI voice calling platform, operated by Cyberframe.

1. The free demo

The demo call is provided free of charge so you can evaluate the service. By entering your number and ticking the consent box, you confirm the number is yours and you agree to receive a demo call from us. We limit the number of demo calls per number and per visitor to prevent abuse.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use BaatCRM to:

• Place calls to people who have not consented to being contacted, or to numbers on a do-not-call registry where that applies to you.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or conceal that the caller is an AI agent.
• Run fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful campaigns of any kind.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules.

3. Your responsibilities as a customer

You are responsible for the content of the campaigns you run, for the accuracy of the knowledge base you upload, for having a lawful basis to contact the people in your lead lists, and for complying with telecom and data-protection regulations that apply to your business.

4. Charges

Plan prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is charged at the prevailing rate. Each plan includes a bundle of minutes; usage beyond the bundle is billed at the per-minute rate for that plan and metered per second. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once provisioning has begun.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is expressly agreed in writing. Calls depend on third-party telephony carriers and networks that are outside our control.

6. Estimates and illustrations

Figures produced by the ROI calculator, and any performance ranges shown on our website, are illustrative estimates based on the inputs provided. They are not a guarantee of results.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and branding remain the property of Cyberframe. Your data, recordings, transcripts and knowledge base content remain yours.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination we will, on request, export your data and then delete it in accordance with our retention settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
